PRICES and PAYMENT
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
If you are asked for, and provide, details of a credit, debit or charge card, you must ensure that you are fully entitled to use that card, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the charges that are deducted from it.
INDEMNITY
You irrevocably indemnify giampierosalon.com and its data providers from and against any indirect or consequential losses, damages and costs suffered howsoever caused, save in relation to death or personal injury (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this agreement or otherwise). giampierosalon.com will also not be liable for any failure to perform of its obligations, whether for error or omission, under this Agreement caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.
The total liability of giampierosalon.com, under this Agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise) will not under any circumstances exceed the amount equal to the sums paid by you.
You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any affiliated sites reached through links from the giampierosalon web site. giampierosalon.com is not responsible for the content of these Internet sites.
RETURNS
You have a right to return your purchased products un-opened and in unused condition within 7 days from date of purchase for any reason as long as they are in re-saleable undamaged condition; you will be liable for any postage charges incurred for the return of such items. Please not that upon receipt of returned goods, if they have arrive damaged you will be liable for any charges occurred for not returning the products in a suitable manner.

If upon receipt you believe any of your products have been damaged in any way please contact us by email and we will be happy to discuss either a replacement, alternative product of refund, and arrange for the products to be returned.

JURISDICTION
The laws of England and Wales will govern these Terms and Conditions. All parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
