Giampiero Hair Colour Salon was founded in July 2001.
Since 1984 Giampiero has enjoyed being a salon director in various salons in the city centre
He felt that consumer trend was moving from the city centre and there was the need for a salon location on the outskirts of Nottingham. The opportunity came to this location and Giampiero took it. Three years later the salon expanded to 10 members of staff and has been growing to date.
The years spent in the city gave Giampiero the opportunity to create a very good customer base on a fair and honest relationship. The initial customer base has grown giving an opportunity to welcome new customers from surrounding areas.
On winning the award Giampiero commented: “We would like to express our appreciation to all of our customers and thank them for their valuable support.”
The environment in the salon is very professional, and customer friendly. Staff are constantly updated not only through training, but also by the atmosphere and feed back that is given. Not only through clients interests and requirements but also by the teamwork that is created within the salon. The team attends Salon exhibitions and courses throughout the year.
Giampiero is a trained NVQ Assessor enabling him to assess staff on daily salon performances and not only on college models and simulations. This gives a stronger, real client experience to the NVQ qualification.
Giampiero Hair Colour Salon provides all aspects of hairdressing, except for hair extensions and don’t cut corners in providing a high quality service. The business strongly believes that their policy provides a very good balance in value and service given.
Up to date the salon offers a complete nail care and pedicure treatment service. There is however a plan to expand into more Beauty treatments.
